Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Milola Design. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
All our products are printed to order in 2-3 weeks from the date of order.
Potential service interruptions
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control. Therefore, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property.
Shipping Rates
Wallpaper Samples
Wallpaper samples for UK and European shipping addresses will be delivered 5-7 working days after order processing.
Wallpaper samples for International shipping addresses should allow 10-14 working days after order processing for delivery.
Retail customers - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Wallpaper Rolls
All wallpaper roll orders will be shipped 2-3 weeks from the date of order.
Orders for UK and International customers will be shipped from the UK.
Orders for continental Europe will be shipped directly from our European Factory.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
Fabric Shipping
Fabric samples and purchases for UK and European shipping addresses please allow 5-7 working days after order processing for delivery.
Fabric samples and purchases for International shipping please allow 10-14 working days after processing for delivery.
Fabric orders up to 4 metres will be shipped folded.
Fabric orders in excess of 4 metres will be shipped on a roll.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping to a third party
If you are sending to a third party and you have not checked the delivery address, we are not responsible for re-shipping the order.
When shipping an order to a third party, it is your responsibility to check that the third party has received the correct product, size, colour and quantity. We cannot replace products if they have been opened, used, cut or made up.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. The tracking number can be sent to you on request.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Milola Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Milola Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
